Optimal Functioning Research (OFR) is a research repository of interesting and useful articles on health, psychology, and occasional other topics. Much in the spirit of the Optimal Functioning blog. Whenever possible I try to include highlights, excerpts, notes, and links to the free full text article PDF.
My intension with OFR is to make it easier to share researches and hopefully have others join and share researches with one another. But for now it is a collection of researches I read.
