Ted Prize Winner Jamie Oliver share his wish: Teach every child about food

Updated: Mar 26, 2010

Sharing powerful stories from his anti-obesity project in Huntington, W. Va., TED Prize winner Jamie Oliver makes the case for an all-out assault on our ignorance of food.

A very enlightening speech by Jamie Oliver, which at least left me inspired.  I don’t believe  this is as relevant in Norway, where I’m born and raised, but for many things we catch up with the trends in the US only years later.  This should remind us that this is a trend we should be aware of and be sure not to adopt.
